Welcome to Squeeky Clean Window & Exterior Cleaning!
I’m Kiva Schreiber, owner of Squeeky Clean, which I started in 1991. After moving to Coos Bay during high school, I worked in construction and yard work. While engaging in a volunteer project, I met Donna, a window cleaner with years of experience. When she moved to California, she asked me to take over her business—and I happily did.
Since then, I’ve been dedicated to providing high-quality window cleaning for homeowners, business owners, and realtors. Whether you need your home, storefront, or property cleaned for sale, we’re here to help make it shine.

Donna trained me for three months that summer, showing me not how to clean windows. But she also showed me how to truly care about what matters to people. She introduced me to every customer, teaching me the importance of understanding their needs. I’m proud to still clean for many of those same businesses and homeowners after over 30 years—it’s an honor to serve such loyal and kind customers.
Over the years, the business has grown with me. When I married Heather in 1998, she joined the team and we cleaned together until our first child was born. Now as our children have grown, Heather and I still work together running the office, and cleaning windows occasionally. We also employ several amazing people whom we guarantee will take the best care of our customers. In 2012, we expanded our service area to Medford and Ashland where Heather was raised.
We've had the pleasure of cleaning for hundreds of wonderful homeowners and business owners, many of whom have invited us back year after year. We look forward to the opportunity to clean for you too!
